Keywords Everywhere also offers templates for employee retention and engagement. Select the Employee Retention and Engagement template from the Templates dropdown. Provide your company details and the number of ideas you want to generate. Chat GPT will generate a list of ideas to engage and retain employees, along with estimated costs.
Another useful template is the Employee Development Plan template. Select the Employee Development Plan template from the Templates dropdown. Provide your company details and the job role. Chat GPT will generate a full employee development plan for the selected job role, organized by quarters and departments.
Lastly, Keywords Everywhere provides an Employee Performance Evaluation template. Select the Employee Performance Evaluation template from the Templates dropdown. Provide your company details. Chat GPT will generate examples of performance reviews for different departments and employees, highlighting achievements and areas of improvement.
